VelaClip is a desktop application for church media teams, pastors, and volunteers. It turns Sunday’s sermon into a complete content week. It is free during the Founding Church Beta; an account is required, paid checkout is not active during beta. The app runs on macOS: it imports a service recording, transcribes it locally with word-level timestamps, scores and suggests the strongest moments, reframes them to 9:16 with speaker-aware cropping, burns in animated captions, and exports platform-ready files in a single pass. An optional AI-assisted selection mode lets users refine clip choices with their own Claude or ChatGPT API keys.
